Assistant
The Assistant provides a powerful set of email productivity capabilities designed specifically for lawyers.
To access the Assistant screen, tap the Assistant button.
The three productivity features available in the Assistant are the following:
- Batch Filing
In addition to the ability to file single messages to your Document Management System, ZERO provides a distinct feature for group filing of emails. - Time Report
The Time Report feature captures the time spent interacting with client-related emails and allows you to generate complete and accurate automatic reports on the captured time to be used for further billing. For more details about time reports, see Personal Activity Report.
- Move to Folder
This feature helps to move messages into folders in batches, accurately sorting them with a single tap. For details about how to move messages into folders in batches, see Batch Moving.
