Locating ZERO Folders | Access Search Folders:
- In the navigation pane on the left side of your Outlook, locate and expand the Search Folders section.
- Within Search Folders, you will find three folders created by ZERO: ZERO Multi-Predictions, ZERO Ready to Delete, and ZERO Ready to File. These folders are instrumental in organizing your emails with the help of ZERO's AI technology.

Prioritizing Email Filing | Start with Multiple-Predictions:

Multi-Predictions folder contains emails for which the AI has identified multiple filing predictions.
- It is recommended to begin filing with this folder. By making corrections here, you help the AI learn and improve, increasing the accuracy of future predictions. This, in turn, will enhance the efficiency of filing emails in the Ready to File category.

Filing Emails | Filing Process:
- To file an email, select the desired item within any of the ZERO folders.
- Utilize the ZERO Pane to select the correct Client/Matter for each email. This action files the email accordingly, helping maintain an organized mailbox.

Managing Filed Emails | Understanding ‘Ready to Delete’ and ‘Ready to File’:
- Ready to Delete contains emails that have been filed and are older than 90 days. This folder helps in identifying emails that can potentially be deleted to free up space.
- Ready to File houses emails with a single confident prediction from the AI, indicating a clear filing direction. Filing these items further streamlines your mailbox and enhances the AI's learning process.
