VIP Contacts

ZERO Mobile offers a distinctive feature that allows users to mark specific contacts as VIP. This functionality is particularly useful for easily identifying and prioritizing messages from important contacts. It streamlines your email management, helping you to focus on the messages that matter most.

All designated VIP contacts are indicated with a yellow star in both your Messages and Senders lists, making them easily recognizable in your mailbox.

Adding a VIP Contact

To add a VIP contact:

  1. Navigate to the screen where you manage your email accounts and folders.
  2. Select VIP.

  3. Inside the VIP folder, select the Add VIP button, visible when adding VIP contacts for the first time.

  4. In the Add VIP Contacts screen, select the contacts you wish to designate as VIP. Please note that you can utilize the Search feature for easier contact location.

  5. Once selected, click Done.

Additionally, ZERO allows you to quickly add a VIP contact directly from the Senders list:

  1. Navigate to your Senders list.
  2. Select the desired sender.
  3. Click _icon_star.png located at the top right corner of the selected sender's screen. This action will mark the sender as a VIP contact.

Removing a VIP Contact

To remove a VIP contact:

  1. Navigate to the screen where you manage your email accounts and folders.
  2. Click the _icon_info.png icon on the VIP folder. This will display the VIP Contacts screen, which lists all your VIP contacts.
  3. Swipe left on the desired contact to remove it from the VIP list.

Note: You can also add a new VIP contact from here by clicking the Add button at the top right corner of the screen.

Enabling VIP Contact Notifications

ZERO Mobile allows you to receive notifications specifically for your VIP contacts. To enable this feature:

  1. Go to _icon_-_settings.png Settings > Accounts > General > Notifications.
  2. Choose the VIP Only option.
  3. Select the folders from which you want to receive VIP contact email notifications.
