Intapp Integration

This article introduces you to the integration with the Intapp time tracking system. When Intapp Time is enabled, ZERO collects and sends all assigned or unassigned activity time entries for email conversations to Intapp Time.
After logging into Intapp, you will have access to a variety of features and tools to help you manage your time and activities. On the Intapp screen, you can manage the following:
- Enable Intapp - Toggle the Enable Intapp switch to On/Off to enable/disable the integration with the Intapp time tracking system.
- Intapp Sending Preferences - Customize how your time entries are sent to Intapp. For more details, see Intapp Sending Preferences.
- Time Preferences - Set your time rounding and minimum time threshold preferences. For more details, see Time Preferences.
- Remove Account - Remove your Intapp account if you ever need to do so.
Logging into Intapp
To log in to your Intapp account:
- Go to
Settings > Integrations.

Tap Intapp. You are directed to the Intapp Login screen.
Note: If you are already logged in, you will be taken directly to the Intapp screen where you can perform various activities such as enabling/disabling Intapp, setting your time and sending preferences, or removing your account if needed. -
Enter your Intapp username and password.

Click Log in. You are now logged into your Intapp account and directed to the Intapp screen.
Intapp Sending Preferences
To define what you want to send to Intapp:
- Navigate to Intapp > Intapp Sending Preferences.
- Define the following preferences:

- Sending Type
- Activities
Note: All your selections can be changed any time for each account in the account settings.

Sending Type
To define what you want to send to Intapp:
- Navigate to Intapp > Intapp Sending Preferences.
- Select Sending Type. The Sending Type screen is displayed.
- Tap on the respective field to choose one of the following options:

- Activities and Time - Your activities and their durations are sent to your time entry system.
- Only Activities - Only activities are sent to your time entry system. No time data is sent to Intapp.
Note: Sending Type can be pre-configured at the firm level by your IT. In this event, it is possible that this option may be pre-selected for you, and you may not be able to view or select between these options.
Activities
To define what you want to send to Intapp:
- Navigate to Intapp > Intapp Sending Preferences.
- Select Activities. The Activities screen is displayed.
- Tap on the respective field to choose one of the following options:

- All Activities - Both assigned and unassigned activities are sent to your time entry system.
- Only Assigned Activities - Only assigned activities are sent to your time entry system.
Time Preferences
To set your time preferences:
- Navigate to Intapp > Time Preferences.
- Define the following preferences:

- Time Rounding
- Minimum Time Threshold

Time Rounding
To define time rounding:
- Navigate to Intapp > Time Preferences.
- Select Time Rounding. The Time Rounding screen is displayed.
- Toggle the Enable Time Rounding switch to On/Off to enable/disable time rounding.
- When enabled, the Time Rounding field is available allowing you to choose a number and a unit of time (seconds, minutes, or hours) for your time rounding.
Note: ZERO rounds up your tracked time by your selection if no matter-specific rounding rules are included in your Intapp.
Minimum Time Threshold
To define minimum time threshold:
- Navigate to Intapp > Time Preferences.
- Select Minimum Time Threshold. The Minimum Time Threshold screen is displayed.
- Toggle the Set Minimum Time Threshold switch to On/Off to enable/disable minimum time threshold.
- When enabled, the Minimum Time Threshold field is available allowing you to choose a number and a unit of time (seconds, minutes, or hours) for defining your minimum time threshold.
Note: Time entries that are shorter than the set duration will not be sent to your Intapp.
