Moving a Single Message

To move a single message manually:
- Navigate to your list of messages.
- Choose the email that you are going to move and swipe it to the right (if you have selected Move to Folder for your Right Swipe action in the General Settings).
Alternatively, you can tap on the three dots inside the message and select Move to Folder. Or, click on theicon to move the message.
- In the Select a Folder screen, choose the destination folder for your message. Notably, this screen displays 2 sections: Suggested, where ZERO recommends folders, and All folders, listing all available options.
Note: If you can't find a specific folder, you can use the Search functionality. This feature eliminates the need to scroll through an extensive list of folders. Simply type the folder name into the Search field, and ZERO will efficiently search through all folders and subfolders across your account. To aid in your search, the terms you enter will be distinctly highlighted in bold within the search results, making it easier to find the folder you need.
As you continue moving messages into various folders, our AI learns from your behavior and improves its accuracy over time.
