Setting Up ZERO Athena

After installing ZERO Athena and opening Outlook, follow these steps for setting up ZERO:

  1. Click Login on the Home ribbon.
  2. Login to your DMS account by following the instructions in the login dialog.

Once the setup is complete, new features will appear in your Outlook ribbon, categorized into different groups for ease of use.

 

Exploring ZERO Athena in the Ribbon

The Outlook ribbon is enhanced with additional groups and features introduced by ZERO Athena, providing you with new tools to streamline email management and filing tasks. These features are seamlessly integrated into the existing Outlook ribbon interface, ensuring easy access and an intuitive user experience.

ZERO Athena includes the following:

  • ZERO Move - This section displays a list of recently used folders where messages have been moved. It also provides an option to undo the previous move if necessary.
  • ZERO File - This section contains the following features:
    • Show/Hide ZERO Pane – opens and closes the email filing pane from the last opened position (Top/Side/Popup). 
    • Filing Server - enables you to switch between different active servers for filing. Select your desired server from the dropdown menu to set it as the active server. If you are a first-time user, a login will be required. Please note that ZERO Athena will restart after each server switch.
  • ZERO Tab – Located in the Outlook ribbon, this tab encompasses the ZERO File and ZERO Move groups, enabling efficient email filing and moving functionalities. Additionally, it provides quick access to the following:
    • Settings – to configure and customize ZERO Athena to suit your needs.
    • Send Feedback and Logs – to simplify issue reporting by including logs for efficient troubleshooting.
    • Help Center – to access detailed documentation and support resources.

Opening Multiple Outlook Windows

ZERO Athena supports opening multiple Outlook windows to enhance your workflow. To open an additional Outlook window, right-click on your account and select Open in New Window. Please note that each Outlook window operates independently and maintains its own filing pane, Move to Folder suggestions, and synchronized server settings.
