History Page
In this article
The History page in Apollo provides a comprehensive list of all the captured entries, which can be viewed either by selecting a list filter or by viewing all entries at once. Additionally, you can export your entry history along with their durations (if enabled), as well as any predicted or generated attributes such as client/matter or narrative. By exporting the history, you can easily share the information with relevant parties or interact with the data in a different format.
Entries will be moved to the History page per the following logic:
- After entries are sent to iTimekeep, those entries will be moved to the History page at the end of the day.
- Entries that are not sent to iTimekeep will remain on the Review page for a pre-configured duration of time set by your IT. After that duration of time (typically around 30 days after creation), entries will be moved to the History page.
Accessing the History Page
To access the History page, click the (History) icon in the Apollo side menu. This navigates you to the History page where you can view historical data of all your entries.
The entries in the History page are grouped into the following tabs:
- Sent to iTimekeep – displays only those entries that were sent to iTimekeep.
- Not Sent to iTimekeep – displays any entries that were not sent to iTimekeep.
For each day, you will see summary statistics on your total captured time as well as the breakdown of time that is Assigned vs. Unassigned. If you have selected to capture activities instead of time, you will instead see Total number of entries, followed by a breakdown of the number of Assigned vs. Unassigned entries. By default, Apollo stores entries for 365 days, after which they are automatically removed.
Note: If your Apollo is not configured to have iTimekeep enabled, you will not see any tabs separating the History page. You will see all captured entries in one list view.
